Question 1 - ?
> Question 2 - Ethics
> Question 3 - ?
> Question 4 - Personalty (about a lawnmower that was passed around at a
> dizzying pace then someone else bought an identical lawnmower and passed
> that one around too. Of course, one of the lawnmowers got jacked up, and
> the question revolved around who was responsible for what. Not too hard
> of a question, once the test taker figured out the lawnmower shell game.)
> Question 5 - Evidence
> Question 6 - Partnerships (I think that this one had to do with a supposed
> LLC {it hadn’t been properly formed} where the members had a falling out.
> It asked, if I remember correctly, who was responsible for what. The
> correct answer hinged upon the fact that there was never a LLC to begin
> with, so it had to be analyzed as a partnership)
> Question 7 - Torts
> Question 8 - ?
> Question 9 - Constitutional Law
> Question 10 - ?
> Question 11 - Article 9 Secured Transactions (basic formation of a
> corporation)
> Question 12 - Torts (gave a HUGE fact pattern and then asked test taker to
> analyze as many torts as possible)
Looking at history, this may mean that Con Law and Personalty won’t be on the exam. But then again, just probability.
Okay, I posted the Summer 2006 topics.
