Oops, they did it again

I spotted another upside down sign last night.  I didn’t have time to snap a photo, but I thought it would be fun to see if anyone else has seen it.  I will say that it is not hidden and that evidently the colorblind crew must be assigned to exit ramps frequently.

    If you mean the one on the newly opened portion of Papermill unde the Interstate, yes, I’ve seen it.
