Ha that’s where I learned about dram shop. Law and Order is a great source. Yeah, I get more and more pissed at every essay as I learn new law. I thought I was supposed to at least hear about the important law in the classes. Then I do an essay that I was plain clueless on and the answer was abuse of process. Oh well, if that’s what gets the bar examiners off. Oh wait, another one I did today pissed me off. Some crap about an 8th grader doing research on American military troops having sex with Iraqi children and bringing pictures of it to school. What kind of horse crap is that? I’m calling the NYT! Think they’ll run it? Guessing the headline would be, “American Troops Raping Young Iraqi Children – W and Rummy Covered it Up!”

Oh, ok. Should have figured you would be all over tavern liability. I bet you used to have aspirations to become a lawyer in order to get the drinking age lowered, but then you turned 21 and decided, who cares? Anyway, I hope they have some tavern serving a drunk so I can drop my new term on them – dram shop – take that law examiner!
