		<description>I agree.  Knoxville is a perpetual construction zone.  Certainly, Knoxvillians have consistently voiced our concerns and complaints about our TDOT issues for years, but this sign issue is insulting to me at a very basic level.  Allowing someone to hang a sign upside down (and not fix it), or allowing a young retail employee to follow the trend of poor customer service is simply unacceptable.</description>
