Application of the rule against perpetuities: At the moment of the grant or devise Chuck Norris does a roundhouse kick to the ground, which causes an 12 point earthquake and everyone in the world dies with loud screams except for Chuck and Chuck Jr who is growing in his left thigh. If the grant or devise cannot vest within twenty one years then Chuck will go back in time and find the lawyer who drafted the pitiful devise and kick his ass into the future to see what a mess he caused.
