2 12 oz. Bottles of Blue Moon
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 cp. White Vinegar
1/2 cp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbs. Soy Sauce
1 tbs. Teriyaki Sauce
3 tbs. Orange Marmalade
1 tsp. Honey
1 Chopped Onion
1 Sliced Orange
Mix all of the ingredients in a slow cooker, drop in 2 full racks of ribs, and slow cook for 6 hours. Fire up the grill, throw the ribs on for 15 minutes per side. On the final rotation, lather the ribs with your choice barbecue sauce for about 5 minutes per side, and then delight your company…and watch your alma mater lose by 1 point.
